She has 4+ years of experience in working within a hospital setup dealing with clinical and non clinical population and is trained to conduct Psychometric Testings and Assessments. 

Process: She believes that therapy is an experiential process which is unique for every client. It's about honouring the human within us and not trying to fix it, rather making space for it in its entirety. This includes holding our difficult parts with utmost compassion & acceptance while also taking responsibility for parts that seek connection with our authentic selves through growth. It's a journey that the client and therapist takes together and it's in the safe space of the therapeutic relationship that exploration and re-meaning of life takes place. Process:  As a compassionate being, her philosophy revolves around the fundamental belief that each client is the author of their narrative. By adopting this client-centered approach, she prioritizes understanding the unique perspectives, values, and goals of those seeking support. This collaborative process ensures that the therapeutic journey is tailored to the specific needs and her role is to empower the clients on their aspirational journey. She brings in a wealth of expertise to her practice by using an eclectic approach from various modalities like Solution Focussed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Art therapy, Internal Family System Therapy, and Inner Child Healing along with her practice of Buddhism in her personal life. Radhika Jaiswal (She/her) - Clinical Psychologist

Educational qualifications: M.A. & M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, Institute of Mental Health and Hospital, (Mental Hospital Agra). She is also undergoing special training in ISTDP (Hyderabad) and EMDR (Mumbai).

Area of Concern:  She is trained to work with broad range of psychiatric disorders like Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive and Compulsive Disorder, Substance abuse and dependence,  eating disorders, personality disorders and psychotic spectrum. She holds experience in managing clients with relationship issues, burnout, trauma and ADHD. She is trained and qualified to conduct psychometric assessments.

Process: She believes in creating and maintaining a safe space for her clients and fostering a therapeutic alliance as the building block of the therapeutic process. She believes Mindfulness in of the important aids and groundwork for regulating our nervous system and getting in sync with our body. She specializes in therapeutic modalities -  Intensive short term Psychodynamic Therapy (ISTDP), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy in a trauma framework.

Process: Her way is about being in the present with the other, connecting with their inner core and understanding their emotions, needs, and goals. Using an Eclectic and in-depth approach, she derives therapeutic skills from Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approach, Positive Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Inner-child healing, and Body Work.

She believes in holistic wellness, that is, a single element does not affect our health, but aspects of both internal environment (self, body) and external environment (society, culture) contribute to it. Areas of Concern: She has worked with clients across different age groups who are navigating concerns such as Familial Conflict, Anxiety, Depression, Systemic Inequalities and Intrapersonal & Interpersonal Conflicts.
Process: The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship that is built and continues to exist between the client and their therapist. A relationship that is built with care, intentionality, unconditional acceptance, trust and mutual growth. She ensures that these values are inherent to the practice and continue to take shape in ways that feel the most comfortable for the clients. She hopes to integrate parts of Narrative therapy, Person-Centred approaches, Somatic Therapy and Internal Family Systems work to create an amalgamation
that works for the client. At its very core, the space will strive to be queer-affrimative, trauma-informed, neurodivergence-disability affirmative and anti-caste.

Mansa Sukheja (She/Her) - Counselling Psychologist

Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, Christ (Deemed to be) University, Central Campus, Bengaluru.
Areas of Concern: She has worked with children of all age groups & young adults (20-30 age group) in the capacity of a volunteer, teacher, and a trainee therapist within organisations, schools and vocational training institutes. Relational difficulties, emotional distress, suicidal ideation, hypersexual disorder, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, grief, behavioural difficulties, borderline personality traits are among the wide range of areas she has catered to in her practice.

Process: Mansa believes that therapy is a human experience at its core. It’s an intimate understanding where the the client & the therapist invest in building trust in order to create a safe space to be able to grapple with the nuances of our realities. The two parties ultimately develop a shared vocabulary that empowers the client within a compassionate space. She adapts a humanistic approach that understands distress from a relational and emotional lens. She likes to inform her process with a trauma sensitive, queer affirmative, and multicultural lens. Her therapeutic practice is integrative with the structure of Cognitive Analytical and Emotional Focused schools of thought. Areas of Concern: With lived experience of narcissistic abuse, her areas of work range from Abuse Recovery to healing C-PTSD, Emotional & Relational Trauma, Depression, Grief, Anxiety, Abandonment Wound, Inner Child Healing.

Process: She considers therapy as a cathartic / alchemical experience, one that with mindful, loving presence can help heal past emotional wounds and traumas. The idea is to, with presence, help the individual towards a realization of their own agency and not ‘diagnose or cure’. Each modality chosen and practised has been a method and tool that allows the individual to find their way back to their authentic self. She is interested in approaches based on Jungian depth psychology, art-based therapy, Spirituality, positive psychology, holistic psychology, embodied approaches and play based approaches. She is also trauma aware.

Areas of Concern: She has nearly three decades of personal experience with Narcissistic abuse and four decades of work experience in supporting needs concerning Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Relationship Work, Parenting, Developmental Delays, Intellectual & developmental Disabilities, and Old age.

Process: Pranita believes that all human beings have an innate ability to heal themselves. Sometimes, they may not have access to this ability - and that is where she comes in - to show them a mirror and hand-hold them in the process of self-healing. Kindness towards Self, Self-Acceptance, Self-Compassion, Forgiveness, and the ability to take responsibility for ourselves form the basis of her work.

As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, she champions the cause and has made it her life purpose to support and empower others with similar experiences. Over the years, an amalgamation of her spiritual bent of mind along with her scientific temperament has accorded Pranita with humility and an unbiased objectivity in her work.

Pranita loves to meet people in person, laugh, talk, sing, watch investigative documentaries, read/learn more about Near-Death experiences & Quantum Physics and adapt the learnings therefrom in life, and take care of her pet pug 'Miri'.
