It is a space for you to be fully and safely seen, heard and understood! Therapist will engage in a one-on-one session with clients- Children, Adolescents, Adults & Geriatric population. Issues addressed in Individual therapy include following : Emotion regulation/management, life transitions & adjustments, self esteem restoration, healing trauma, grief and geriatric counselling, managing anxiety and it's spectrum (OCD, Panic etc), stress, depression and mood management, Neurodivergence (ADHD etc), learning disabilties, support with sexuality & orientation, support with body image and eating disorder, support with addictions (substance, social media, food etc), support with chronic illness ( diabetes, cancer, HIV) & chronic pain (Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue syndrome, Arthiritis); value clarification, aligning with authentic self. Each session will be of 50 minutes and will be held online only. Sessions may include psycho-education and discussion of home- works to be done during the gap between two sessions. It is a space to explore the power & control dynamics, intergenerational trauma, roles and equations within a family and how it affects your sense of self as well as the family unit at large. The goal is to re-align and re-configure certain structures of the family which no longer are relevant and need revision. The hope is for the family to find a new normal which is more functional and harmonious for each member as well! The sessions could be a combination of individual sessions with each family member and group sessions. Group sessions will have ground rules to keep the dignity and respect of each member and the family intact. Each session will be of 50 minutes and will be held online only. This space focusses on the relational aspects of the partners. The Strengths/Weaknesses, Needs, Attachment Patterns, Conflicts & Resolutions, Emotional & Sexual Intimacy, Communication Styles and Boundaries of the relationship will be assessed and understood. The goal is to help the partners decide the best course of action for the relationship. Thus, we support with Marital, Pre-Marital & Relationship counselling as well as Amicable Separation at any stage.
